Isn't the energy universal and free? Yes, the energy belongs to everyone and cannot be measured with money. How can I find a Reiki practitioner or instructor? You could check in your local newspapers, bulletin boards at shops with ecological products. You can also try to search on the internet; there are many listings of Reiki instructors and practitioners. What Reiki course is the best? This depends very much on you. We all have different needs and some methods may work better for you than others. That is way you need to listen to your intuition and find a way that suits you best. Make sure you feel comfortable and confident with the Reiki instructor you choose. And remember: there is no such thing as silly questions.
